Jerky & Cure Spicy Lime

The sweet taste of lime! Use with beef, wild game, poultry, fish, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel colour; and a 3.0 oz. Spicy Lime Blend seasoning packet containing the following ingredients: Dextrose, salt, chipotle pepper, sugar, lime juice powder, dehydrated garlic, rice concentrate (anti-caking agent), dehydrated onion, cayenne pepper, natural hickory flavour, citric acid, black pepper, spice extractives, oil of lime.
