ADAPTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM (ACS) with Wi-Fi

The Yoder Smokers S Series is built around their next-generation Adaptive Control System with Wi-Fi Connectivity – cloud connectivity powered by FireBoard.

WIFI CONNECTIVITY…. More Than Just Wi-Fi

Beyond Wi-Fi connectivity, the new ACS board is built around a powerful microprocessor that understands multiple input variables. What does this mean?

• The board was designed from the ground up to take advantage of this powerful microcontrol chip
• Custom programming allows the board to learn and understand the cooking environment
• Opening the door, putting on 50kg of meat, or even changing pellet wood won’t affect your set point for hours
• Calibrate mode aligns the displayed temperature to match the temperature at any area of the grate surface

Yoder Smokers partnered with and integrated Fireboard® Labs monitoring technology into the new S-Series grills. Complete with two integrated food probes, this feature allows for Wifi and Bluetooth® connectivity to your mobile device and provides full functionality control. CERAMIC IGNITION

The S-Series lights twice as fast with a new ceramic igniter. This method of ignition lights the pellets via heat induction while creating 100% more heat than contact style igniters. This upgrade virtually eliminates failed ignition and has a lifespan five times longer than conventional ignition systems.

YS640S HEAVY DUTY S/S SLEEVES

Easier to clean than the standard wire shelves, these stainless shelf sleeves are designed to fit right over your existing wire shelves.

The sleeves simply slide over your existing wire shelves and a nut is tightened to hold them in place. The side shelf features three tool hooks to keep brushes and spatulas handy. Made of highly rust resistant stainless steel, the shelves wipe clean and create a solid surface to rest plates, thermometers, and condiments.

YODER S/S GREASE SHIELD

This grease shield keeps salt, acid, and grease off of the front of your Yoder Smokers YS480 or YS640 series pellet grill. Salt and acid are corrosive to the paint and grease just creates a sticky mess. The grease shield fits onto the front of your cooker and catches these substances before they can cause problems for you. Fixed on the back side of the shield is a high temperature Nomex material which reduces metal to metal contact. A removable rubber plug will hold these materials in the shield until you’re ready to remove it and clean it out. Simple, attractive, and effective!

YODER GENIUNE COVER

New and improved, the Yoder Smokers YS640 and YS640s Pellet Grill Cover is custom designed to fit your smoker.

This newly designed cover features a waterproof liner to stop water intrusion and is fitted with vents to mitigate condensation. This will keep your grills surface dry when not in use.

Heavy-duty clips fasten the cover tightly over the shelves to keep out rain, wind, snow and other elements.

YODER ALUMINIUM GRILL GRATES

Anodized aluminium grill grates made for Yoder Smokers

Includes one set of grates (3 interlocking grates) fills out half of the cooking chamber on a YS640 or Add in an extra set and it will replace all your grills.

YS640 HALF DEPTH COOKING SHELF

Yoder Smokers YS640 Pellet Smoker Half Depth Shelf is perfect for cooking and holding smaller cuts of meat on the top rack of your YS640 pellet cooker while still being able to reach the back of the main cooking area.
